Applicants to benefit from reduction
of fee for filing PCT International Applications
The
Indian Patent Office, on December 29, 2015, has published a notice titled ‘Fees
for International Applications under the PCT’ notifying that the fee payable to
the Receiving Offices (ROs) and the International Preliminary Examining
Authorities (IPEAs), has been reduced with effect from January 01, 2016.
The
aforesaid notice is based on the updated fee schedule in the PCT fee table
available on the official website of WIPO.
